Thanks, would definitely go back. Just a walk down to harvest urban market. 300 metres away there is Birdsong, where you can dine. Unique base for discovering San Francisco

Very large room, gym
Area, unfortunately although very close to Union Square, full of homeless and unrecommended people. It's not pleasant to come home in the evening.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, very comfortable car parking.
In the "Soma" district there are many tramps.

Spacious, clean and quiete rooms, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Great breakfast!

Very comfortable rooms.
Watch out for the area! Very close to the dangerous area. It's scary to walk at night (sometimes even during the day). The rest is really fine, but I wouldn't come back because of the location.

Wonderful bed, very nice modern decoration. Do not be discouraged by the homeless of the neighborhood, they are citizens of San Francisco like any other and they are harmless

The hotel staff are excellent people who treated us very well
I have traveled to different cities and I always stay in a best western and this is the first time I pay 35 dollars for parking.

The hotel charges my credit card three times a night. I don't know if it was fraud or a mistake but they charged 3 times for different amounts. I had to ask for a refund by booking 2 times and wait 1 month for my money back.

The beds were comfortable.
The reception staff, except for one person.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel with great value for money for San Francisco prices
Valet parking that makes your stay more expensive.

The location is very good and the hotel is generally good.
They said the room had two king beds but they weren't really king size. They were just a small double bed, not comfortable for two people. And it said that the capacity was for 4 comfortable people at the time of selecting the room.

Spacious rooms, fine sitting opportunity in room, hip decor, hotel rooms at patio, swimming pool
Tight driveway (especially with unloading of suitcases), the neighborhood (Salvation Army around the corner), although I didn't feel really unsafe.

We didn't have breakfast there. Location and hotel was top
That some guests do not take into account the other guests who sleep there. Who in the middle of the night tell their lives story in their hotel room loudly to each other

The location was on the stripe, next to Venice, so that was all right!
The beds were a bit smaller than expected, we had a group of 6 men, so the queen size bed was not real enough, but that was communicated.

The rooms are not very large but what can you expect in a city. The facilities in terms of public transport are good, we have the car every day in the garage, the pool was fine, after a day walking around the city, it's great to cool off, we have not taken breakfast, because you get out of the hotel and have plenty of opportunities, staff friendly and helpful.
Prices, that are in general high in San Francisco.
